ML - This event will be ran using a monolift and specialist bars.
CR - This event will be ran using a Combo Rack & power bar.
CR+ - This event will be ran using a combo rack, power bar & Deadlift bar.
SL - Single Lifts - Power Bar for Bench, Deadlift Bar for deadlifts.
SC - Strict Curls - 15kg E-Z Curl Bar inc collars
INT - International Event

Membership
Memberships to the WRPF UK are required for all events with exception to the Novice series and the Pro events.
