Training and coaching out of Iron Warehouse Gym in Great Yarmouth, one of our regional competition hosts & promoters, she not only supports regional level competition but also the grass roots side too in order to grow the sport in the East of England.
Michelle competed for the first time in 2022 at one of the East of England, A/BPU competitions, where she totaled 307.5kg, fast forward to 2024 and has just returned from competing at one of the Series events hosted by ABS Powerlifting after totaling 345kg on one of the strictest platforms in the world.
Michelle is part of the team over at Iron Warehouse Gym and part of the reffing team for their competitions alongside Katie.
Mike has been competing since 2015, both Mike and Adam competed against one another at the 2015 British where Mike won.

You'll have seen this man at the majority of the competitions hosted in Nottingham as he always first to step forward when we require help, mostly with running our platforms as platform manager to keep the schedules tight for the lifters.
Tom of Spartan Fitness in Milton Keynes is one of our venue hosts for all evens ran in the South Midlands.
He boasts an incredibly enthusiastic and can do attitude when it comes to running events and does his absolute best to offer the lifters a day to remember.

Sophie needs no introduction, she has been around the sport within the UK since time began.

Sophie has worked with us closely, even before the WRPF UK was started and continues to do so now. One of the most supportive and kind people you'll find, whether that be on or off the platform.
Leon competed for the first time in 2020 and has since made his way through all the way to world championship level followed by competing on our platform in Nottingham a few competitions later.
Leon trains at Iron Warehouse Gym in Great Yarmouth and will be part of the team helping run the WRPF regional competitions from there.
Leigh has been an integral part of our team since we began running competitions. He was always one of the first to step up and offer to help with the setup, strip down and running the platform.
He then moved on to a little bit of reffing at our non sanctioned events before the WRPF UK was born. Now he has returned, with a WRPF badge and a white shirt to boot.
